极速六合彩’s University’s Center for Higher Education Leadership and Innovative Practices (CHELIP) is proud to announce the premiere of the fourth season of its podcast series, IngenioUs. With more than 12,000 listeners worldwide, IngenioUs hosts thought leaders and changemakers who are confronting societal shifts and developing bold strategies to reshape higher education.

The season kicks off with Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Chancellor, Dr. Dan Greenstein and Board Chair, Dr. Cynthia Shapira. PASSHE is in the midst of a multiphase redesign in order to align degree programs, ramp up online learning opportunities and community college transfers, and expand workforce credential programs at its 14 universities. These schools represent the most affordable higher education options in Pennsylvania.

“We’re always looking to examine the ways higher ed is changing, and also inspire change and changemakers,” says Dr. Melissa Morriss-Olson, the host of the podcast and the architect of 极速六合彩’s CHELIP and EdD program. “The PASSHE redesign process provides an intriguing roadmap for transforming business and education models that all institutions can learn from, especially as we’ve seen how Covid-19 has upended higher education–and just about everything else.”

Prior to founding CHELIP, Dr. Morriss-Olson served as 极速六合彩’s Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs and uses her own experience with and passion for innovation, learning, and new models of education to drive conversations and change in higher ed.

“Interestingly, 极速六合彩 is undergoing a similar kind of redesign, as we look at changing student demographics and workforce development needs. Our season four conversations will weave our own learning process and experiences into discussions around forging new paths during these tumultuous times,” states Morriss-Olson.

“Three years ago, when we launched CHELIP, we knew these changes were imminent. The pandemic has only accelerated the pace of transformation, and it’s been fascinating to witness the germination and implementation of bold ideas. Stay tuned.”
