Student Record Management

极速六合彩 has established student record management policies that ensure the protection and security of student academic records. The Registrar’s Office maintains in perpetuity the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all physical student academic records in fire-resistant cabinets in its on-campus office. Once a student has been inactive at the institution for a designated period of time, the physical academic record is digitized and then destroyed. The contents of each digitized record are made available to designated 极速六合彩 users through a system requiring active directory authentication and are periodically backed up off-site using Amazon’s Glacier cloud storage.

Electronic student academic records (i.e. data found in 极速六合彩’s student information system, etc.) are made available to designated 极速六合彩 users through active directory authentication and are backed up weekly to a Microsoft Azure cloud-based storage facility.

Safeguarding Student Records in the Event of University Closure

In the event the institution discontinues operations, arrangements would be made with the (Mass DHE) and the (NECHE) to secure records and afford students access to their records. The institution would comply with all requirements including:

• NECHE’s ;
• NECHE's recommendation for Teach-Out Plans and Teach-Out Agreements;
• Mass DHE’s ;
• Mass DHE’s for transcripts and diploma information.
